Grandir’s very own Mike Markett was diagnosed with lymphoma at the start of 2025. From the moment he got the news, Mike made one thing clear: he was going to beat this cancer. And beat it fast.
A joke spread among some of his friends — that Mike was an “invalid host” for cancer. In other words, the cancer picked the wrong motherf*cker.
During his fight against cancer, Mike still managed to:
- Win Q1 MVP (top performer)
- Sell over $100k in personal revenue
- Lead an AE team
- Workout and exercise daily
The list goes on.
After months of scans, doctor visits, chemo sessions, and endless waiting rooms, Mike came out on top. As of June 2025, he’s officially cancer-free.
AKA… an invalid host.
